On such a special day, condolences to the heroes and martyrs who gave their lives for the revolutionary cause of the motherland. All teachers and students paid a moment of silence to the martyrs. During the 3-minute silence, teachers and students turned to the national flag with a solemn expression and expressed their condolences.
Vice President Xiong Jiangtao made a speech, and took all the teachers and students to remember the heroic deeds of the revolutionary martyrs, paid the highest respect to the martyrs, and expressed their deep condolences and infinite admiration. The Youth League Committee of the school organized to present a flower basket to the statue of the founder of the school, the revolutionary martyr Lin Zhengliang, so that the students could accept the baptism of the spirit of the revolutionary martyr.

The predecessor was Yuping Vocational School founded by Lin Zhengliang, an underground member of the Communist Party of China, in 1941.
