At 8:30 a.m. on February 20, the launching ceremony of the 2019 Spring Semester Teacher Moral Education Week of Jinsha No.1 Middle School was held in the school. From February 20th to February 24th, we will spend a week in the whole school to carry out in-depth teacher morality education activities, and strive to create a team of teachers with high morality, dedication, professional skills, good teachers, and people's satisfaction.
The launching ceremony was presided over by the school's vice-principal Xiong Jiangtao. Principal Yang Guangjin organized all the staff to study the teacher ethics activity week plan of Jinsha County Education Bureau and delivered a speech.
According to the training schedule, Wan Junli, secretary of the general party branch of the school, organized the study of "Ten Guidelines for Professional Behavior of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era" and reviewed the "Teacher Law"; Vice President Xiong Jiangtao organized the study of "Bijie City Education Bureau on Strengthening Teachers in the New Era" The spirit of documents such as the Implementation Opinions on the Construction of Moral Ethics in Teachers' and other documents; Vice President Zeng Yu organized the study of the spirit of documents such as the "Notice of the Jinsha County People's Government Office of the Office of the CPC Jinsha County Committee on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Further Strengthening the Construction of Teachers' Morality in Jinsha County in the New Era"; Li Changsheng, Director of Academic Affairs, interpreted the "Classification and Handling of Teaching Accidents in Jinsha No. 1 Middle School"; Li Xihua, Director of Political Education, organized the study of the "Negative List of Teachers' Ethics in Bijie Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens"; Principal Yang Guangjin organized the study of "The Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Guizhou Provincial People's Government on Comprehensively Deepening "Implementation Opinions on the Construction and Reform of Teachers' Team in the New Era", gave a special lecture entitled "Exploration of Teachers' Professional Ethics Practice". Through intensive study, leadership counseling, expert lectures, etc., teachers are organized to earnestly study educational theories and important documents.
On the morning of February 23, all the faculty and staff participated in the warning education and held group discussions. Teachers carry out self-assessment and mutual assessment, reflect on their own, carefully search for their own problems in the past year, and write personal ethics and style inspection materials.
On February 24, Principal Yang Guangjin signed a letter of commitment and responsibility for teacher morality with the teacher representatives. All teachers made a public commitment and took a collective oath.

The school is located in the beautiful and quiet side of the rock river in the county. The predecessor was Yuping Vocational School founded by Lin Zhengliang, an underground member of the Communist Party of China, in 1941. It experienced the development process from a junior high school in the county to an ordinary secondary school, from an independent Senior high school to a provincial model ordinary Senior high school.
