Liu Yong, male, born in October 1979, graduated from the Physics Department of Guizhou Normal University in July 2003, and has been working in Jinsha No. 1 Middle School since August of the same year. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior teacher, a municipal backbone teacher, and a vice principal of teaching and research in Jinsha No. 1 Middle School.

The school is located in the beautiful and quiet side of the rock river in the county. The predecessor was Yuping Vocational School founded by Lin Zhengliang, an underground member of the Communist Party of China, in 1941. It experienced the development process from a junior high school in the county to an ordinary secondary school, from an independent Senior high school to a provincial model ordinary Senior high school.
